Better Together is a Vineyard gathering for pastors and leaders who long to cultivate beloved communities shaped by the love and Kingdom of Jesus, where people are known, welcomed, healed, and formed.
This year we’re bringing together two essential dimensions of Vineyard life because the communities we build will only be as healthy as the leaders who shape them.

The inner formation needed to lead without burnout, reactivity, or hidden wounds
Featuring Drew Hyun (Executive Director of Emotionally Healthy Discipleship and Lead Pastor of Hope Church NYC), our Vineyard USA Associations Director and Association Leaders, and Jay Pathak (Vineyard USA National Director), we’ll explore how emotional maturity and spiritual maturity grow together.
This year goes beyond teaching. Through curated local experiences and embodied learning spaces, you’ll step into tangible expressions of Beloved Community, encountering the beauty and diversity of Jesus’ Church firsthand.
These aren’t add-ons. They’re invitations to listen, to see, and to participate in what the Spirit is already doing.
In true Vineyard fashion, we won’t just talk about the Kingdom. We’ll practice joining it.

Lead with greater self-awareness and relational health

Our host is the North Jersey Vineyard, a vibrant, diverse, and growing Vineyard church located in South Hackensack, New Jersey, 10 miles outside of Manhattan. This gives us proximity to all NYC has to offer.
