Group Discount: A group discount of $20 off each full-priced registration is automatically applied if an order contains 5 or more full-priced registrations. The discount only applies when registering together and is not retroactive.
Registration costs do not include lodging or meals unless otherwise noted.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds less a 15% cancellation fee (per registrant) can be made on conference registration fees until June 30, 2026 (no refunds on or after July 1, 2026). No refunds on fees for Immersive Experiences or Gatherings. You can make a transfer to another registrant at no charge by contacting conference@vineyardusa.org.
